BACKPACK LOADING # 1
Always pack the items you are least likely to need during the day at the bottom, then
continue to stow items in ascending order of daytime utility.

Rest stops are most effective when they are kept brief. Prolonged rests let the body
cool down too much, making it even harder to get started again.
